Rösti, oh glorious rösti!

Rösti, oh glorious rösti.

I guess the only reason why I’ll visit Marche, the Swiss market-style restaurant, is for its Rösti. After all, it was at this very restaurant, yes, the one at Vivo, that I had my first Christmas dinner with my very special one some 2 years ago. We had Rösti then, too.

I went back 3 days ago for a farewell meal for one of my intern mates who was jetting off to coniferous Canada. What else, but Rösti?
